What I Wore Wednesday

Not sure about where you are but the weather here in Toowoomba has been somewhat un-summer-like in the last few days. I even wore a jumper to bed last night! So, today I wore an outfit more indicative of spring rather than summer. 

I officially have six working days left and I cannot wait to move up to our new place. The removalists come on Monday so our house will be very bare. Can't wait to share it with you all.

The Ultimate Christmas Party Frock ... featuring Cinderela B

I was contacted recently by Cinderela B jewellery asking if I'd like to be involved in a Christmas blogger competition. Bloggers have been asked to create a post detailing their ultimate Christmas party outfit featuring their favourite pieces from the Cinderela B range. The winner scores one hundred pounds (beats me where the symbol is on my keyboard!) to spend on the website.

My favourite campaign at the moment would undoubtedly be the Love Honey Bees Campaign ... I mean c'mon - bee jewellery - YES PLEASE! Now they did ask for the ultimate outfit - I've kept most things affordable but thrown in a few items that if money wasn't an issue I'd snap up in a heartbeat.

Not so Casual Friday

Most days for me at work are what some people might describe as casual but today is definitely not casual Friday for me. Our annual staff awards ceremony is on later this afternoon and I'll be collecting my ten year service award. It's funny because I don't even feel old enough to have worked anywhere continuously for ten years. I'm not even thirty yet but not far off it.

Today's outfit includes a hint of red to celebrate Daniel Morcombe's life and his family's long journey of searching for him and his killer. I hope today's public and private funeral gives them some sort of closure.

Last Saturday while on the Sunshine Coast my friend tried this jumpsuit on in Dotti and it looked AMAZING on her. At $59.95 it was just a bit too expensive but a 30% off one day sale yesterday sealed the deal. I had to try it on because it looked so damn good on her and what do ya know ... I bought one for myself too. 

Looking forward to dinner and drinks tonight with these special girls.

What I Wore Wednesday

Today called for s simple outfit as I spent most of my morning after the gym and before work vaccuming and windex-ing our mirrors and windows in preparation for our house going on the market. 

This dress was purchased a few years ago with a voucher the husband's nanna got me. Gotta love vouchers.
